YBP Provides eBook Approval and Title Notification Plans

YBP Library Services can assist you with establishing a single integrated print and e-book Approval Plan. Our eBook title notification plan includes comprehensive duplication control among all versions of a title. This service will provide libraries with titles in a timely fashion, based upon the first available format (electronic or Print). YBP provides three types of integrated print and e-book approval plans that can be customized to meet library specifications e-preferred, print preferred and e-only; all options supply the preferred format of a title in a timely manner.

For those of you not interested in an automated approval plan, YBP's Profiled e-content Title Notification Plans might be useful to you. E-content Title Notification plans are tailored to meet each library's specific needs. Our customized title service offers bibliographic information that is accurate, timely and pertinent, allowing libraries to precisely manage the selection of new titles on a firm order basis. Since our profiles are based on classification schemes that librarians use and understand the resulting title profile can be easily understood without learning any new terminology.
